Founded in 2004, the firm currently owns 23 retail properties across nine states. We focus on acquiring properties in outstanding locations at fair prices. We do not frequently buy and sell properties and maintain a long-term investment approach. We pride ourselves on operating with discipline, integrity, and honesty.
